If you are a company wanting to establish a business in Australia, or are already in Australia and want to sponsor Temporary Residents, we need you to fill out the "Company Questionnaire".
To sponsor temporary residents to Australia, your company must be assessed to become a Business Sponsor (BS), or an Overseas Business Sponsor.

We will provide you with the requisite details for payment.

Step 3 - |
Download our Company Questionnaire and complete.

Step 4 - |
Download our "Resume Format" and insert details relevant to the temporary resident you wish to sponsor to Australia or just attach their current Resume if it contains all qualifications and work experience.

Step 5 - |
Download our "Assessment Form" for your sponsored employee. The Educational and Work Experience information do not have to be repeated if the Resume is detailed. |

Fax your receipt for our fee payment to our office on 61 3 9639 9733 or email us with a date and place of fee payment.

Step 6 - |
Email to us the Company Questionnaire, the resume and the Assessment Form ( if required). We also need to see the Job Description and the intended wage in Australia or fax us back on 61 3 9639 9733

Step 7 - |
We will provide you with a complete assessment which will set out realistically your options. We may request further information in the process. If we assess your company as being able to sponsor temporary residents, we will ensure that the person to be sponsored meets migration requirements. If all criteria match the Regulations, then we can fully process all the documentation on your behalf and on behalf of the individual.

Step 8 - |
If you then choose to undertake the full application with us, we will forward to you - our Confirmation of Fees, a brief summary of the types of visas your company will utilise, a Migration Information Sheet, a list of the Undertakings to the Australian Government, which the company signs in order to sponsor temporary residents and Checklists for both the company and the Nominees. We will request certain documentation which when received will enable us to process all the documentation, including the requisite forms and submissions.
