Business Talent (Migrant) Visa - for high calibre business people who have relevant State or Territory Government sponsorship

Business Talent (Migrant) visas are granted to people with an overall successful business career who are sponsored by an Australian State or Territory government. You are expected to maintain substantial ownership in a business and be involved the management of this business once in Australia. This is an application for a permanent visa.  There is no provisional visa at first instance.

Business Owner (Residence) Visa

Business Owner (Residence) visas allow people who have had an ownership interest in an Australian business for at least 2 years to migrate permanently to Australia. To apply you must already hold either a Business Owner (Provisional) visa, a Senior Executive (Provisional) visa or an Investor (Provisional) visa. If you held an Investor (Provisional) visa you must have maintained your investment for 4 years to apply for permanent residence.

Existing Australian Business

This visa allows people who have owned a business in Australia for at least 18 months and satisfy certain threshold criteria are eligible to apply for permanent residence.
